This poster was part of campaign to protect Coruscant Green Park
Coruscant Green Park was a park area located on the planet Coruscant, with trees and elegant buildings. By the time of the Clone Wars, the park had become endangered, and posters were put up around Coruscant in order to encourage people to take a stand and help protect it.

Behind the scenes
In The Clone Wars episode "The Wrong Jedi", the poster can be seen on the wall when Anakin Skywalker is interrogating Asajj Ventress. It says "[faded]OTECT [faded]RUSCANT [faded]REEN PARK".
