The Coruscant Guard riot shield was a type of riot shield used by the Coruscant Guard riot clone trooper unit during the Clone Wars on the Galactic Republic capital city world of Coruscant.

HistoryEdit

After the Clone Wars broke out in 22 BBY, a Grand Army of the Republic was created and one of the many units included the Coruscant Guard, who had Riot clone troopers under their service. These clone troopers specialized in using riot shields and stun batons to quell and suppress riots and uprisings on the world of Coruscant.

In 21 BBY, Duchess Satine Kryze was accused of murder, and at least two riot troopers using the riot shield were seen trying to track her down and catch her, to no avail.
