The Council Tower was the building in De-Purteen on Ord Cantrell where the Imperial Interim Ruling Council governed the Galactic Empire from in 11 ABY. When Xandel Carivus disbanded the Council and declared himself Galactic Emperor, he continued to rule from the tower.
