The Yinchorri Council of Elders was the ruling body of Yinchorri in Tol Kashorn on Yinchorr and were made up of the Yinchorri intelligentsia caste. During the Galactic Civil War, the Galactic Empire held the Council hostage in exchange for Leia Organa, who had been on planet. The Yinchorri rebelled and all of the Council members were killed, followed by the destruction of Tol Kashorn.
