Coynite battle armor was a type of armor. This bulky suit included a helmet and was made from the stands of walt'sor plants, found only on Coyn. Despite the suit's rather humble origins, it provided excellent protection against physical and energy attacks.

Typically, Coynite battle armor was not available to offworlders, though it was in high demand among shockboxers and other participants in high-contact sporting events.

Behind the scenes

Gundark's Fantastic Technology: Personal Gear incorrectly lists the Coynite battle armor at the low price of 150 credits, the same cost as D'skar dagger. Both The Star Wars Planets Collection and its precursor Planets of the Galaxy, Volume Three list the price at 3000 credits.
