A crowbar was a short, primitive metallic tool used around 33 BBY to pry open wooden containers. Ephant Mon used such a tool with its single curved flat pointed end to gain access to a swoop bike stored in one of Cerea's Outsider Citadels. It could, however, also be used as a clubbing weapon.

In 12 ABY Crix Madine used this tool to pry hull plates away to get access inside almost finished Darksaber.
