Csaplar

Csaplar was the capital city of the planet Csilla and the Chiss Ascendancy. Csaplar was the center of the Chiss government, containing House Palace, the Expeditionary Library, the parliament, the headquarters for the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet, and the four ruling families.
House Csapla, the ruling Chiss family, was presumably named after the city (or vice-versa).
Csaplár is an old hungarian word for bartender.
