Czerka 431 was a secret military research facility on the fringes of known space, that was ran by the Czerka Corporation. During the Jedi Civil War, the Sith Empire took direct control of it and it and forced the scientist Joni Ree to perform experiments on Juggernaut war droids. She disliked her employers and secretly contacted the Galactic Republic, giving them the location of the facility. She co-ordinated an escape attempt with the Republic attack on Czerka 431.
