Colonel D'Arc Vaetes was a surgeon who served the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars on Drongar. He was the maximum military authority in the RMSU-7. He survived the attack of the Separatist forces against the medical center, and the RMSU was moved to a new location. When the Republic forces discovered that the Bota had no use any more, D'Arc and the whole personnel left Drongar.
