- "Handsome creature. Charming way to introduce oneself. Why knock when you can blast a door down?"
- ―Ferus Olin[src]
A near-Human bounty hunter, D'harhan was a cyborg who sported a laser cannon built into his body, which was powered by a light mass core. A large metal tail was added that could balance him when he fired the large cannon. The overall appearance of the cyborg was of a large saurian with the cannon barrel as the head. He also maintained two hands to communicate with via a keyboard, screen and speaker.

[edit] Biography
D'harhan worked with Boba Fett at multiple points in his career, including on Bellassa, hunting down the fugitive Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ferus Olin. He and Boba Fett attacked Olin, Kenobi, and Trever Flume at the Red Twins spaceport.
During the Bounty Hunter Wars, D'harhan would work with Fett again sometime in 0 ABY, this time partnered with IG-88B, Bossk, and Zuckuss. During a battle with mercenary forces hired by Gheeta, D'harhan was mortally wounded and died in Fett's arms.
He was forced to have his light mass core taken out by Boba Fett so they could go to Circumtore unarmed.
[edit] Weapon system
- "...more like a walking assault weapon..."
- ―Ferus Olin[src]
D'harhan's weapon was reportedly strong enough to pierce light starship armor or vaporize enemy infantry. Its power source was a light mass core with a relatively primitive liquid cooling system, resulting in the cyborg generating large amounts of steam when in combat.
The cannon was bolted to D'harhan's collarbones and chestplate with connections for targeting and other functions wired directly in to his nervous system. A side effect of this was that cerebrum was moved to an armored box somewhere in his midsection, necessitating the use of a keyboard with display screen and speaker for communication. The targeting system also replaced his eyes, with the result that the cannon "looked" everywhere D'harhan did.
During his "sleep" (more like a stand-by function), the cannon still tracked movements around him.
It was mentioned by Boba Fett during the mission to Circumtore that when there were many cyborgs of the same type they communicated through an internal com-link network, presumably also attached directly to the nervous system.
Where or how the surgery performed to make a being into a walking cannon is unknown; D'harhan is believed to be the last of such creatures to exist.
