The mee, or daggert, was a poisonous scalefish native to the oceans of Naboo, but also found on Aquilaris. It was a most plentiful species, traveling in schools of thousands, and a staple food source of many other species.
The typical mee had a rotund, black-and-yellow scaled body with a wide mouth and a poison spine protruding from the side. The mee were commonly found in the area around Otoh Gunga.
