Dagmar Vozda was a female Corporate Sector Authority agent who worked for the Office of the Auditor-General. Vozda was responsible for recruiting Fiolla into the ranks of the Authority after the other woman aided her in apprehending fugitive holostar Rex Shaxrigge. After Vozda retired, Fiolla took her position.
