Dal Perhi was a short Human male. He was muscular, with a braid running down his back, and he worked as a representative of Black Sun on Coruscant prior to the Battle of Naboo. Two years after Battle of Naboo he became Vigo. He later became underlord of Black Sun, the highest position attainable in the organization. He ordered Kaird, a rival of Xizor to assassinate him but the attempt was foiled and Kaird killed, but survived. Prince Xizor eventually became underlord of Black Sun.

[edit] Behind the scenes
Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter introduced a Black Sun officer named Dal Perhi, while Evasive Action: Prey (set over a decade later) refers to a Black Sun leader named Perhi. Leland Chee has confirmed they are the same person.[2]
It is worth noting that one of the people who are thanked by Michael Reaves in Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter is named Dal Perry.
