Dalia was the leader of a group of Inner Rim colonists who settled the planet Dalicron-4, approximately 800 years before the Galactic Civil War. The colonists hoped to escape the hectic life of the Galactic Republic. The primary settlement on the planet, Dalia, was named for this settler.
