Daniel Logan circa 2000.

Daniel Logan played Boba Fett in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, for which he was nominated for the 2003 Young Actor Award for "Best Performance in a Feature Film - Supporting Young Actor".[1] Lucas allowed Logan to give his own interpretation of the character,[2] and one of the ways he prepared was by reading Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary.[3]

The role of Boba Fett's father—Jango Fett—was played by Temuera Morrison, who was one of Logan's fellow cast members on the 1992 TV series Shortland Street. Additionally, Logan played a younger version of Bodie Taylor's character in the 2003 filmThe Legend of Johnny Lingo.

Logan appears in the Star Wars documentaries: Bucket Head, From Puppets to Pixels, and Heart of an Empire. He has a blog at StarWars.com,[4] and has appeared at multiple Star Wars conventions and reported from Star Wars events.[5][6][7][8] The Boba Fett character is set to play a part in the upcoming Star Wars live-action TV series,[9] and Logan is expected to reprise the role.[10]
