Biography

First Minister Hoba made a speech during celebrations in Quantill City over the secession of Ando from the Galactic Republic. Via hologram, Hoba proudly looked forwards to Ando's future as an independent state, citing moments in Ando's history when the Republic had instituted demilitarization of the Andoan people as proof that secession was the right course of action.
