Darth Karnage was a Sith. As with many Sith Lords throughout history, Karnage's name included the Darth title.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Darth Karnage's only mention in Star Wars canon is in a 2006 blog entry written by Leland Chee, the keeper of the Holocron continuity database. The entry indicates that Karnage's name is possibly derived from the word "carnage,"^[1] a word meaning extensive slaughter or butchery of others.^[2]
