Darth Maladi's laboratory was a room inside the former Jedi Temple. After the Sith confiscated the structure, Darth Maladi took up residence in the area formerly used as the Jedi's infirmary. The main room used for operations was transformed into the torture chamber while the bacta tanks glowed red in a darkened room.

In 137 ABY, Maladi tortured Hosk Trey'lis in this room with PI-series medical assistant droids to find out information on Cade Skywalker.

The lab was later used by Maladi for the torture of Cade Skywalker, in which Maladi injected his body with lethal amounts of ixetal cilona.
