Darth Ouzal was a male Sith Lord of the reconstituted Sith Empire, sometimes consulted by members of the Dark Council for his vast knowledge about holocrons and Sith artifacts.
At some point during the war against the Galactic Republic, Ouzal tried to duplicate the information contained in a Sith holocron into the brains of two prisoners of war, Felix Iresso and Milo Pellam. Ouzal's experiment was a success, as Iresso had a library of Sith knowledge locked in a corner of his brain, but Pellam became mad.
