This was a red-bladed lightsaber that belonged to the Lord of Pain, Darth Sion. Sion used this lightsaber to amputate Kreia, who was formerly his master Darth Traya, in 3,951 BBY.

Later that same year, Sion would wield this lightsaber in a duel against Jedi Exile Meetra Surik on Korriban, and later against her once more on Malachor V where he met his demise. At some time during the Cold War, this lightsaber was recovered.
