Darth Vader's Tomb was a tomb constructed on the Sith world of Korriban. This tomb was originally intended to hold the remains of Darth Vader.
The tomb was never used for its original purpose. Anakin Skywalker renounced the dark side of the Force and the title of Darth Vader in the final moments of his life as he destroyed the Emperor. Having died in the light, his body became one with the Force, and his son Luke Skywalker cremated the remaining armor and life support systems on Endor a short time later.
Darth Vader's tomb was later offered by the Sith spirits to Darth Sidious, whose store of clone bodies were rapidly deteriorating. Sidious declined the offer as he no longer saw himself as a part of the Sith way, but rather, above it.
