Dashé Borreno was a male from the planet of Naboo, born in 31 BBY. A noted political prodigy, Borreno was a member of the Legislative Youth Program in 22 BBY, and traveled to Coruscant for a mock vote on the Military Creation Act. Borreno opposed the vote, but those opposed lost by 52 to 48. He lamented the state of political thinking among his peers, as well as the fact that the influential Youth Program member, Trevor Insevade, was absent from the vote due to becoming ill from nerf-pox.
