Dav Kylanu was a male Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic during the final decades of the Republic Classic era.

BiographyEdit

A Force-sensitive male, Dav Kylanu was educated in the ways of the Force by the Jedi Order, eventually attaining the rank of Jedi Master. During the Separatist Crisis which plagued the Galactic Senate in the institution's final decade, Master Kylanu asked Initiate Antinnis Tremayne to be his Padawan. Together the Master-Padawan team traveled the galaxy; Tremayne learned much during this time but was often criticized by Kylanu for being too enthusiastic for display.^[1]

When the Clone Wars erupted between the Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Master Kylanu took up the rank of General in the Grand Army of the Republic and led clone troopers against the Separatist Droid Army. During a mission with Tremayne, Kylanu was killed by the Confederacy's legions and Tremayne was subdued by agents of Confederacy leader Count Dooku. Held prisoner and tortured, Tremayne was eventually converted to the ways of the dark side of the Force and would go on to be a servant of the elusive Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious.^[1]
