Death Star Drydock was a painting[2] created after 104 ABY,[1] set in the drydock of an Imperial Death Star. It depicted five docked Imperial-class Star Destroyers and a Super Star Destroyer, which were connected to several smaller craft via cables. The bottom of the image featured a platform strewn with paper documents. On it,[2] the Sith Lord[3] Darth Vader stood next to an Imperial officer in front of a computer which displayed schematics for a Star Destroyer. Two celestial bodies were also visible in the space outside the Death Star.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
Death Star Drydock appeared in "Celestia Galactica Photografica," a collection of in-universe illustrations by Ryan Church collected in Star Wars: Visionaries, a 2005 graphic novel edited by Jeremy Barlow.[2]

Notes and references[]
- ↑ 1.0 1.1 "Celestia Galactica Photografica" was included in Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: Legacy Vol. 4, which describes the stories it contains as taking place more than a century after the events of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. That film took place in 4 ABY according to The Essential Atlas, meaning that all paintings in "Celestia Galactica Photografica," including Death Star Drydock, must have been created after 104 ABY.
