Death in the Undercity is an adventure for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game written by Michael Nystul. It was published by West End Games in June 1990. It was republished in Classic Adventures: Volume Three.

In this adventure, a group of Rebel agents—the player characters—are sent to the planet Mon Calamari to investigate sabotage in the Quarren city of Morjanssik. Once they discover the truth behind the so-called "mining accidents", they must work quickly to prevent a civil war between the Quarren and the Mon Calamari.
The adventure also contains sample Quarren and Mon Calamari player character templates, and a short "Quarren Fact File" section discussing Quarren history and culture.
