Deep Ear was a faction of the Bothan Spynet led by Borsk Fey'lya during the Galactic Civil War. The group came into possession of the Death Star II plans on the Suprosa and fled to the planet Gellefon. While on this planet, most of the members were captured by Governor Schennt and then soon freed by a group of Rebels who were called to help by Watcher. They then went on to give the plans to Alliance High Command at Keff Base in the Sullust system.

Behind the scenesEdit

The name of the group Deep Ear is an obvious reference to Deep Throat, the codename of the source that exposed the Watergate scandal.
