Del Cycer was a tall Human, over two meters, and very thin.

He played sabacc with Lando Calrissian during Lando's second visit to the Oseon system, along with Lob Doluff, Bassi Vobah, and an alien whose name was considered unpronounceable by any of the others and so was nicknamed the trunk-thing, due to its most notable feature.
He was of middle age and claimed to be a retired businessman. Lando suspected that was true enough, but that he may have been a professional gambler like himself as well. He wore a bright green caftan and quite a few rings on his fingers, and Lando considered him a friendly, likable sort.
