Dela III, also known as Dela, was a planet located in the Centrality, a sector of the Outer Rim Territories.

Description

Dela was the financial center of the Centrality and the homeworld of the Ulorin species. Those who stayed for long periods of time in the Oseon Belt often had an account at one of the banks of Dela.
