The Delayan government was the ruling body of the planet Delaya.

In 0 ABY, shortly after the destruction of Alderaan, the Delayan government agreed to house the Alderaanian refugees. When Princess Leia Organa visited Delaya to assist the refugees, as well as recruit soldiers into the Rebel Alliance, the Delayan government agreed to host her without notifying the Galactic Empire of her presence. However, Var Lyonn, the deputy to Prime Minister Gresh Manaa, secretly made a deal with the Empire and disclosed Organa's location.
