Dellis Yuls

Dellis Yuls was a male Quarren. He was Chief of Security for Ororo Transportation. The company was a rival of the Falleen crimelord Prince Xizor. He sent the Human replica droid, Guri to attack the main facility. She twisted Yuls's neck, until it snapped, then shot him in the back to make sure he was really dead.
