Delva Racine was a cutting-edge fashion designer. Her outwardly-human appearance was altered by the strange eye goggles and the horn-like mask that covered her nose and mouth.

In 19 BBY, she was one of the many patrons seen milling about the Galaxies Opera House during the Squid Lake performance. Her scandalous designs were based on Outer Rim Territories cultures. As a result, her summer Kubaz collection was heavily criticized by the media.

The character was played in the film by real life British fashion designer Alice Shreeve who is creative director of the London based womenswear label Belle & Bunty.
