- Atraken—was devastated by CIS bio-weapon.
- Duro—surface was bombarded by the Invisible Hand and the rest of Grievous' fleet, causing toxic chemicals from industrial areas on the surface to contaminate the entire planet's ecosystem.
- Honoghr—CIS bio-weapon destroyed ecosystem.
- Humbarine—city planet depopulated by the Invisible Hand's bombardment.
- Ohma-D'un—Gungan population here was wiped out with CIS bio-weapon.
- Pammant—Quarren colony fractured to the core in a hyperspace accident with a Republic Star Battlecruiser.
- Parcellus Minor—planet with explosive vegetation, was bombarded from orbit by CIS. The planet burned for a long time.
- Weemell Sector—all Humans in this area were wiped out by a CIS bio-weapon.
