Detonite was the standard explosive substance in the Galactic Empire.

CharacteristicsEdit

The detonite was used in grenades, particularly the C-22 fragmentation grenade and MM-40 Thermal Charge. Fist-sized cubes of detonite were often used in demolitions.^[1] Sale of detonite without a permit was highly illegal.
