Devan For'deschel was a female Human Jedi Master in the waning years of the Galactic Republic.

[edit] Biography
Trained at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, For'deschel joined the Almas Council as the Almas Academy's lightsaber instructor following the death of Kirlocca. She opposed the taking of Padawans from the Academy under the leadership of Darrus Jeht to fight in the Clone Wars.
In 22 BBY, Mistress Devan was considered the best Jedi in the Almas Academy except for headmaster Lanius Qel-Bertuk. As such, she was selected by Qel-Bertuk as a part of one of the search teams that explored the insides of the Almas Sith fortress looking for three missing Jedi in the attack. Mistress Devan did not take part in the following mission, to rescue two of those Jedi's Force essence. However, she was present during the celebration to honor the heroes of that mission.[1]
