The Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster used special nerfsteak seasoning on nerfsteaks, a dish that was served in his restaurant, Dex's Diner, which was located on the planet Coruscant. The seasoning—which contained a blend of black hole pepper, punctil, Serrian salt, and tertium—was a recipe that had been in his family for many years. Jettster considered the seasoning as the secret to his nerfsteaks. The seasoning was used in his diner until[1] the establishment was destroyed in 19 BBY.[2]
