This person was the first Alliance observer assigned to the privateer Dharus.

Whenever a pirate agreed to work for the Alliance to Restore the Republic in a mutually-beneficial agreement, this pirate received a Letter of marque and reprisal with the terms of the agreement, and was assigned an Alliance observer who would serve as the pirate's contact with the Alliance from the pirate's flagship. The observer was also responsible of the pirate following the terms of the letter. Not being a member of the pirate's crew, the observer did not have real authority over the pirate.

Dharus and his crew mistreated this observer. Eventually, the observer asked the Alliance High Command for a different post. The observer was reassigned and replaced with another observer.
