This person was the third Alliance observer assigned to the privateer Dharus.

Whenever a pirate agreed to work for the Alliance to Restore the Republic in a mutually-benefical agreement, this pirate received a Letter of marque and reprisal with the terms of the agreement, and was assigned an Alliance observer who would serve as the pirate's contact with the Alliance from the pirate's flagship. The observer was also responsible of the pirate following the terms of the letter. Not being a member of the pirate's crew, the observer did not have real authority over the pirate.

After Dharus' first and second observers had requested transfers to different posts, this person was assigned as Dharus' new observer. Being ill-treated by Dharus and his crew, the observer also requested a transfer, and was replaced with Moris Malvarra.
