The Diamond Eyes was an embellishment of the Kalidor Crescent, which was given to starfighter pilots of the Rebel Alliance and New Republic who had already earned the decoration for acts of heroism and superior piloting skill. In order of precedence, it was the fifth and highest of five such embellishments. No pilot was ever recorded to have earned this highest honor.
