Dobe was a female Miraluka who served the Jedi Order during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. While the rest of the Order rebuilt on Tython, she was assigned to Carrick Station. A Jedi Consular, she taught other young Consulars the mysteries of the Force.

Dobe was created for Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game released by BioWare on December 20, 2011. She appears as a Jedi Consular trainer on Carrick Station.^[1]
