Dobrow Devist was a clone of Soontir Fel.

He was part of a sleeper cell of Fel clones planted by Grand Admiral Thrawn on the planet of Pakrik Minor. He later met all of the other members of their sleeper cell, Sabmin, Tabric, Carib and Hovarb. He along with all other members of Jenth-44 opted to aide the New Republic on the grounds that they be left alone.
