Docking Bay 31 was situated aboard the Wheel.

It was the docking bay used by Han Solo to land the Millennium Falcon, while being chased by Sector Commander Strom.

After being ransacked for smuggling goods and after encountering several life-threatening situation, Solo managed to lift off from the bay again and leave the Wheel behind.
