Doe See'ybark Bootana, or "The Sail Barge Garden" in Basic, was a restaurant in Mos Eisley on Tatooine. It was made out parts of the Khetanna, Jabba the Hutt's old sail barge, which was used to line the interior of the establishment. It served good food and drinks in a quiet, sun-dappled, romantic atmosphere, and accepted credits from both the waning Galactic Empire and the New Republic.
