Dorn Tavers was a male Human Jedi Knight in the waning years of the Galactic Republic who was something of a slave to fashion.

Tavers was one of the few Jedi to survive the initial stages of the Great Jedi Purge. After the Battle of Yavin, he and fellow Jedi Sia-Lan Wezz were used in propaganda by the Rebel Alliance, portrayed under the banner "Remember Alderaan." Wezz, in fact, had died at the Conclave on Kessel.
