Lieutenant Dovel was a male police officer with the Coruscant Security Force during the Clone Wars.
Biography

In 22 BBY, Dovel was the Incident Commander of the Galactic City spaceport hostage siege. He along with Commander Jaller Obrim of the Senate Guard were attempting to find a way of rescuing the hostages when Omega Squad was requested to intervene. Dovel was at first against storming the Korun terrorists' position and possibly getting hostages killed until after the terrorist killed the Jedi negotiator, Jedi Master Kaim. After that he and Obrim allowed Omega Squad to storm the building, ending the siege.
