On Tatooine, Luke Skywalker often dreamed of leading a squadron of starfighters in battles versus slaver ships. It is unknown if the type of starfighter in Luke's daydream was the invention of his imagination or a real model. If based on a real model an Incom Corporation origin is easily track due to similarities to the X-wing series design, and Luke's piloting skills on Incom's vehicles like his own T-16 skyhopper.
