Droid Starfighter (light)

The Light Droid Starfighter was the predecessor of the Vulture Droid. It was incapable of walking and could only move about on repulsor jets. It was intended mostly as a stop-gap design until the Vulture Droid could enter service, and it was only used on Naboo.

- The actual designation of this model is unknown, as it is only called "Droid Starfighter" in the Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds video game. It is referred to as the "Light Droid Starfighter" in this article to avoid confusion with other models of droid starfighters, such as the more widely-recognised Vulture Droid.
