Drokari was an indivual who lived during the waning years of the Galactic Republic, working as a minister for the aristocrat Lord Sargo VenHalgon. During the Clone Wars, Drokari joined VenHalgon on a vacation in the Cularin system, staying aboard the luxury yacht Twilight's Kiss. The ship landed on the planet Cularin and VenHalgon, Drockari and VenHalgon's other ministers went off on a hunting expedition. However, they were chased up a cliff by a Kilassin, and were eventually rescued by the crew of the starship Starchaser IV.
