The Dyarchy was a Sith state that was located on the planet Byllura in the Grumani sector during the Republic Dark Age. It was led by the child Sith Lord siblings Dromika and Quillan, with Saaj Calician serving as its Regent. The Dyarchy started building its fleet in 1,037 BBY.[1] In 1,032 BBY, the forces of Arkadia Calimondra annexed the Dyarchy to Arkadia's domain.
