Ekh'm Val was a Yuuzhan Vong commander who searched for and found the living planet Zonama Sekot. When he returned to Supreme Overlord Shimrra, he was killed due to the fact that Jamaane feared Zonama Sekot and refused to allow the knowledge of its presence in the galaxy to become common knowledge among the Yuuzhan Vong.
