Ela Harns was the freight administrator of the Estaria Central Starport during the Galactic Civil War. Charged with overseeing of all services and fees at the starport, Harns used her position to aid the local rebel cell along with the greater Alliance to Restore the Republic. Along with two others, she was aware of a secret cache of supplies hidden within the starport, available for immediate shipping should the Alliance ever needed them.
